Nip Nop Lemon is a lemony, cannabis forward in flavor drink mixer. This is a delicious liquid product that evenly and
instantly disperses when added directly to your favorite beverage, or when used in making fancy cocktails.
One of the most surprising attributes realized from our research and development, was the interest that came from those
who are not traditional cannabis users. It became apparent that the ease of use that Nip Nop offers the consumer, in
allowing them a low potency cannabis experience while enjoying their favorite beverage, or by enjoying familiar and favorite
cocktails is undeniably of their interest, and we think, to their benefit.
Further, the science involved in the production of Nano Emulsion, and the level of bioavailability that it offers above
traditional oil based edibles, has proven to be an interesting talking point for both those who are experienced in, and for
those who are new to the world of cannabis.

This is Matt Glazner, owner and operator of a Freshwater Nano Emulsions, Llc, where we manufacture and produce cannabis
products from our own proprietary blend of Water Soluble Nano-Emulsified Cannabis Oil.
Our company is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where we have been preformed Research and Development on our

from our target market in over 400 successful taste tests, with comments stating that it is, “delicious simply added to your
favorite beverage anytime of day”, and “it makes an absolutely wonderful addition to the cocktail hour, offering a cannabis
alternative twist to your favorite cocktails”.
Nip Nop is a low potency liquid product, packaged in 25mg and 50mg boxes, each box containing 5 individual single servings
at 5mg and 10mg, accordingly.
Individually packaged in coffee style K-Cups, Nip Nop is intended to be used by “Popping the Top” and putting a little Nip
Nop in your drink. However, it functions perfectly when used in Keurig style coffee makers, making a lovely glass of warm
Nip Nop Lemon Water for your favorite tea, and instant beverages.
Nip Nop will come in multiple flavors, but to start we are launching our Nip Nop Lemon. Our product is made with care
using minimal ingredients, being; Filtered Water, All Natural Lemon Juice, and our Freshwater Nano-Emulsified Water
Soluble Cannabis Extract. For consumer safety and extended shelf life, Nip Nop contains 1 part per million of FDA
recommended Sodium Benzoate, and Potassium Sorbate.
